General Terms of Service
> Must be 18 years old or older to place a commission order.
> Must be able to communicate through email or Discord / Twitter / VGen direct messages.Product will be delivered digitally through VGen.
> Complex designs are doable, but may cost extra depending on complexity.
> Prices are in USD.
> I reserve the right to refuse commission requests for any reason.Payment
> Payment must be paid IN FULL before work begins.Refunds
> 100% Refund: Work has NOT begun
> No Refund: Work has started and has not surpassed deadline, or commission has been completed
> Full Refund: I cannot complete the commission for whatever reason and/or the date has surpassed the deadline
> Partial Refund: I cannot complete the commission for whatever reason and/or the date has surpassed the deadline, but you would like to use the WIP art anywayRevisions
> Up to 3 major revisions are allowed during the sketch phase and 5 minor revisions are allowed after completion. (an additional $15 fee will apply PER ADDITIONAL REVISION for revisions that exceed the allotted amount)
> Revisions that are due to my negligence DO NOT count towards total revision allotment. Please let me know if I mess up!Delivery and Deadlines
> Work begins once payment has been accepted.
> Work completion can take anywhere from 1 week to 3 months, depending on the type of commission and my current workload. Please plan accordingly!

> DO NOT EDIT MY WORK WITHOUT PERMISSION (cropping is allowed, but do not obscure artist's signature)
> Proper credit must be displayed properly on social media (profile bio, Twitch panels, etc.)
> Products CANNOT be used for commercial use without Commercial Merchandising addon.
> Client CANNOT use commission for AI/ML tools, platforms or programs.
> Client CANNOT use commission for NFT, blockchain or other for-profit platforms/purposes.
> I reserve the rights to include the commission work in my portfolio, online profiles, commission sheets, etc. (voided if NDA/Privacy Fee is purchased)> Personal Use: Channel / Banner Art, etc.
